At MyLabubu.in, we strive to provide you with the highest quality Labubu collectibles. Due to the nature of collectible and mystery box items, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product you received is:

• Damaged during shipping

• Incorrect (wrong item sent)

To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

• Unboxing video (mandatory)

• Photos of the item and packaging

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund/replacement requests based on the evidence provided.
